2. What data we process

  • Contact and booking requests: name, phone number, email address, registration number and what you write in your message.
  • Digital damage inspection: the details above plus photos and videos of the car, selected damage areas, insurer and claim number, if any.
  • Customer cases: the information needed to carry out and invoice the work.
  • Technical information: IP address and time in server logs, to protect the website against misuse.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Handling your enquiry, assessing the damage and carrying out ordered services – contract and pre-contractual measures.
  • Communicating with your insurer when you request it – contract.
  • Accounting and invoicing – legal obligation (Swedish Accounting Act).
  • Security and protection against misuse – legitimate interest.

4. How long we keep the data

Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted after [X] months. Photos from digital damage inspections are kept while the case is ongoing and deleted within [X] months afterwards. Accounting records are kept for seven years in accordance with the Swedish Accounting Act.

5. Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We only share it when necessary: with your insurer when it's an insurance claim, with suppliers who run our website and email ([web host, email provider]) and with authorities when required by law.
